Administrative Assistant

An investment company is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join and support their team in Zurich.

Your responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments, booking travels, managing calendars, etc.
  • Manage and support client contact
  • Arrange meeting rooms and video conferences
  • Participate in client meetings and events
  • Responsible for weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist and collaborate with different teams
  • Ad hoc tasks
Your profile
  • Degree in Finance - Business Administration
  • Previous experience as an assistant within the financial industry
  • Fluent in Swiss-German and English
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
