  • Ability to gain insights into a truly global industry and its competitive landscape
  • Work closely with coverage teams, portfolio management and other internal stakeholders on the development of syndication capabilities, structuring of transactions and syndication of loans
  • Responsibility for timely and accurate production of syndication presentations, information packages, and process management for launch and tracking of syndicated transactions
  • Tracking of investor and deal information from various data sources
  • Create and maintain data base of deal comps
  • Create and manage reports focusing on deal pipeline, investor appetite, tracking of shadow revenue generation, expense management and support in ad-hoc request
  • Manage vendor relationships for third party databases/ web-based applications

You Offer
  • An above-average university degree or equivalent higher education, ideally with a specialization in banking & finance, business administration, management or natural sciences
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in syndication, credit risk management or client relationship management, ideally with a leading bank
  • Experience in international loan documentation (LMA standard) would be a benefit
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, high perception and social skills
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and solution oriented thinking
  • Strong credit analysis skills, good writing skills for information package preparation, and cashflow modelling skills is a plus
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • General good IT knowledge and affinity
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in English (both written and oral)
