  • You the responsibility to take care of executive support tasks to the Business Area Head and COO, to organize internal events and trainings in Switzerland for the Business Area Latin America, to coordinate marketing events as well as to prepare regular management meetings
  • You a flexible working environment with the opportunity to combine home office and work in the office (minimum physical presence one day a week)
  • You a unique chance to closely interact with Region Heads (Mexico, Brazil, Conosur, Pacto Andino; LatAm External Asset Managers and international offices) for planning activities including Marketing and executive communications

You Offer
  • 3 years of Private Banking experience in Front interfaces roles such as Front office support, Business Management, or COO team
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills which enables you to communicate successfully with your key business partners including senior management
  • An adaptive and content driven mindset paired with flexibility, dedication and self-motivation which makes you a standout colleague which has a strong focus on Front needs
  • Enthusiasm for organizational tasks as well as informal leadership skills in order to successfully handle multiple priorities at the same time
  • High attention to details paired with a high degree of initiative and willingness to cope with pressure
  • Ability to excel under senior manager pressure and possess a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Flexibility to be present in the office a few hours every day when Business Area Head Personal Assistant is on holidays
  • Fluency in English as well as fluency in German is a requirement, Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are beneficial
