  • Responsibility that includes
    • Leading the delivery of high quality executive support to Market Area Management including the coordination of key management interactions (Weekly Sales Meeting, Monthly Management Meeting, Quarterly Performance Reviews, Bilaterals, etc.) and analysis (e.g. MIS data, Scorecard reporting etc.) in close collaboration with stakeholders / team leaders
    • Pro-active monitoring of and follow-up with the Front on key performance indicators and ratios
    • Take leading and pro-active role in ensuring Front requests and issues are analysed in a pro-active and independent manner and timely resolution of ad-hoc matters related to key topics and as required (e.g. STTs, CRCTs/Collaboration etc.)
    • Pro-active proposal of necessary measures or Front process adaptations, if any required, to ensure Segment is on track and delivers appropriately
    • Anticipate key-developments and ensure pro-active measures are defined and solutions provided as appropriate
    • Serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert for our Front Team, Business Area and Divisional colleagues on Business Support topics
    • Driving selective business and change initiatives with particular focus on strategic initiatives implementation, efficiency and projects with impact on client relationship (e.g. implementation of regulatory projects)
  • Close collaboration and regular expose to Market Area Management Team, BA COO Team and related support functions

You Offer
  • An above average university degree or MBA
  • Min. of 5 years of a successful track record in baking industry preferably in business development and / or business support and / or management consulting; front experience is an additional asset
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability of quick learning
  • Strong drive and entrepreneurial mindset, willing to challenge status-quo
  • Ability of working professionally with senior management
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
