Business & Integration/Alignment Manager for Global Security Services # 109457

We Offer

  • An exciting and challenging role as a member of the Global Security Services (GSS) Management Team as well as the extended COO Management Teams. A leadership position in the evolved Group Business Support Services (GBSS) structure.
  • In collaboration with the Global Head you will play a key role in planning tracking and executing the operating model, strategies and concepts that will support the global alignment of the organization.
  • You will meet with key stakeholders and oversee, guide and manage the transformation project portfolio and ensures the synchronization between the Global Functions and Regional Management teams.
  • You will be responsible for the implementation of the departmental strategy and for the overall effort to evolve and transform the operating model. In addition you will develop project outlines, business cases and respective presentations.
  • You organize and coordinate the management rhythm for Global Security Services and you are responsible for the processes in the context of the review of the internal control system (implementation of our positive control culture)
  • You independently organize, coordinate and handle the daily business of the departmental staff (e. g. ad hoc orders, presentations, analyses, organisation of events)


You Offer
  • A strong engineering and/or financial management background in the business management and/or respective functional areas
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with a financial services provider
  • Experience in people-change management and cultural-change management principles
  • Experience and knowledge of change- and project management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong business intelligence and understanding of organizational requirements and challenges
  • Proven skills to manage successfully senior subject matter experts without a direct line management role
  • Experience of working across multiple regional locations
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • High flexibility and motivation as well as above-average willingness to perform
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English & German
