We Offer:
  • An exciting opportunity working as a business analyst within the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) function where you will review and approve US and Swiss GAAP CECL data for the International Wealth Management (IWM) or APAC division.
  • You will provide divisional inputs to the monthly global CECL Management Review Control meetings.
  • Perform APAC IFRS9 month end close review and produce materials for the IFRS9 quarterly governance meeting.
  • In this role, you will ensure adherence to the nine interagency factors with respect to the allowance for loan losses.
  • Support the qualitative overlay process in a collaborative environment with divisional CRM on overlay approach and suggest improvements where relevant.
  • Support the global head with ad-hoc reporting tasks, presentations to senior management and participate in Recovery Management projects as required.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of existing processes and facilitate the change process.
  • Work with the policy team on the maintenance of relevant policies, procedures & guidelines
  • Contributing to and maintenance of a robust control framework that meets the standards of the firm and the expectations of auditors/regulators.
  • Build and manage relationships with and respond to requests from various Business divisions (e.g. audit functions, divisional CRM, Finance and Business)

You Offer
You Offer:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a quantitative analysis function within the banking industry, with specific exposure to lending products or credit risk management
  • A bachelor of Master degree with focus on finance or accounting or equivalent
  • Proven track record in a fast paced professional environment with exposure to provisioning/allowance for loan loss concepts/CECL would be advantageous
  • Results-oriented analytical, conceptual and problem solving attitude with an affinity for financial modeling
  • Validated experience as a strong, self-starting standout colleague who can adapt to working in a highly collaborative and flexible working environment
  • Experience with performing credit analysis would be an asset
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
  • Knowledge of statistical programming (e.g. R, Python) is a big plus
