Length: 18 months including 4-6 month rotation
Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in banking and finance or related fields.

We offer:

  • In Sales Management, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team whose main responsibility is to empower and drive the sales activity of our sales force through the delivery of focused and actionable sales initiatives and related content

  • You will identify sales opportunities in our books through conducting detailed analysis of our client portfolios, often involving close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across our locations

  • You will communicate these opportunities to our sales force by crafting concise and actionable sales communications or supporting in the delivery of dedicated sales meetings

  • You will support senior management in the tracking and reporting of key sales metrics such as sales activity and revenue development

  • You will work closely with product specialists across the bank in order to bring the best solutions and capabilities into the hands of our Relationship Managers
