Client Services Specialist - 60%

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced and motivated Client Services Specialist to join an international bank and asset manager based in Zurich.

Your mission

- Manage client account opening and on-boarding
- Lead the client due diligence activities
- Perform client tax documentation with regards to FATCA
- Carry out AML and transaction monitoring activities
- Handle client communication and all incoming requests
- Update and maintain the CRM database

Your background

- Previous client on-boarding and account opening experience
- Good knowledge of KYC and AML related tasks
- Exposure to tax documentation is a plus
- Fluency in English, any additional languages are a great advantage
- Strong and open communication style, self-starter
- Experience working with a CRM database is an advantage
- Very good Microsoft Excel skills
