  • Strengthening the Business Area culture and employee engagement through ownership and management of key communication platforms including the quarterly IWM Europe Newsletter, Operations Bulletin, and intranet sites
  • Designing and running Business Area-wide events such as management conferences, offsite meetings, and location visits
  • Leading the delivery of high quality Executive Support to senior management including the coordination of key management interactions (management committee meetings, Operational Committee, Bilaterals, Quarterly Performance Reviews, etc) and driving the agenda setting for IWM Europe's leadership
  • Ensuring full adherence by all Markets to key HR and Management processes and policies (completion of annual reviews, mandatory trainings, expenses policies etc)
  • Serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert for our Markets and divisional colleagues on communications, marketing, and digital topics
    Supporting Business Area-wide projects with communications support as required
  • Representation of IWM Europe within cross Business Area and Bank wide projects/initiatives


You Offer
  • University degree in any discipline from a leading institution. MBA or post-graduate qualifications are valued but not essential
  • Minimum of five years of experience in banking, management consulting, or within the internal communications functions of a large complex organisation, either public or private sector
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communications, and organisation skills with a clear track record of delivery and strong career progression to date
  • Experience of working with senior executives in a collaborative manner and providing constructive challenge when appropriate
  • Extraordinary judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities
  • A passion for coaching and developing more junior colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience and helping to create a great team environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • English on a native level including the ability to write clearly, concisely, and compellingly. Any other language skills would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience of working in a dynamic and international work environment
