Head Structured Solutions and Investments

As a member of the Management Committee of our Client Unit "Platforms and Services", you will lead a Business Unit and take ownership to grow our global business in Switzerland, Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Together with an international team of structured products and investment specialists, you will consult and serve a demanding B2B clientele (mainly Financial Intermediaries like EAMs and Banks) with sophisticated, tailor made investment/product solutions
- Collaborate closely with the teams providing the investment content and running the book of structured products, advising on market trends and client requests in the different regions
- With direct responsibilities for the specialists for External Asset Managers in Switzerland, you will also have a functional responsibility for the teams Banks in Switzerland, Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong.
- You will ensure the group provides those teams with the proper infrastructure and products for their clients, while relying on their expertise and ownership for the local business development strategy.
- You will develop a culture of collaboration and exchange of best practices and information to transform the success in our domestic market into a global success story.
- You are responsible for leading, inspiring and training your teams, and fostering their growth
- You will be instrumental in the design and implementation of our business development strategy and will have a direct impact on our market shares, in Europe and in Asia
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and financial advisory positions with a focus on structured products
- A solid and relevant track record in developing new clients and markets from scratch
- A solid reputation as business developer and as a business partner, able to instill trust and to develop long term partnerships
- Expertize in both Swiss and Asian markets, with a focus on Singapore, Hong Kong (south Korea and Taiwan as a plus)
- Passion for the financial markets and for business development
- Previous experience leading teams of profit makers in an international environment; exposure to Asian markets is key
- Proven experience designing and executing Business Development strategies
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to run your business, identify market trends, actions and campaigns impacts, etc.
- A University or equivalent Education (Masters degree, CFA)

- Business fluent in German, English and French, another language is also a value added
