Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

About our client

On behalf of our client, a small investment company, Swisslinx is currently seeking an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Your mission:

- Taking care of all administrative and organizational matters such as travel arrangements, appointments, bookings, bills
- Managing office needs and requirements
- Handling communication with external suppliers and providers including Lawyers, Accountants and other third parties

Your background:

- University degree in Business Administration or similar
- Between 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in a medium or small company
- Independent, hands on, solution oriented and well-organized
- Great attention to detail, proactive approach, discreet, and flexible
- Fluency in German and English
