My Client is a Bank based in Zurich in need of a Project Management Officer to support their internal mobility operations in Switzerland.

This bank needs a PMO / Project Management Officer in Zurich for the program support function as there are currently a number of programmes being delivered across this space - predominantly focusing on HR operational function.

As the PMO based out of Zurich you will be a key part of influencing the bank's internal mobility team. You will ensure that internal functions/employees sit within well structured, efficient teams where their role expectations are transparent whilst ensuring internal employees are motivated, stretched and constantly developing within their roles. It is important to our client that not only do they have the best talent within the business, but they continue to maintain this talent. Working strategically within the mobility division this role will work largely in HR projects- enabling better futures for those internally through strategic cultural, process and system change.

Essential Experience/Skills required for this PMO / Project Management Officer job:

  • Solid experience working as a PMO within banking,
  • Experience working within Human Resources / similar field
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package,
  • Ability to speak confidently to senior management and stakeholders,
  • Good interpersonal skills.
