For our Asset Management entity within Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG in Zurich we are looking for a

Product Operations Specialist 100%

Job specification
• Provide and coordinate with internal and external counterparties operational support to the SIMSAG investment desks (Insurance Linked Securities, Convertible Bonds, Multi-Asset, Swiss Equity and Real Estate)
• Manage the OTC transaction execution process
• Oversight and coordination of the administration of the Swiss funds
• Coordinate projects such as implementation of operational changes, process developments and product onboarding
• Analysis, control and management of data for internal and external reporting
• Monitor the quality of services delegated to third parties (quality of delivery of services delegated and compliance with Service Level Agreements)
• Regular contact with internal and external parties. This may involve routine information exchange; assisting others in activities such as selling, maintaining client / supplier relationships

Required profile
• University degree or equivalent. Fully conversant with all major aspects within a specific area of Finance / Accounting
• 1-5 years' experience within the field
• Fluency in English and German
• Very good command of MS Office particularly Excel and Visual Basic
• Very good numerical and analytical skills
• Experience in coordinating projects, knowledge of MS Project is a plus
• Integrity and ability to interact with colleagues in a firm and professional manner
• Is required to make routine judgments in situations which are well precedent and uncontentious
• Problem solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
