Our client is an International Bank with a newly opened office in Zurich.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Helping to grow the portfolio of trading companies based inSwitzerland, in line with the
    company's growth plans
  • Be the link between the bankin the UK and clients in the Switzerland
  • Collect documentation from clients toassist in the KYC completion and AML procedures
  • Additional responsibility of managing the representative office from an operational,
    compliance and representation perspective
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
    arranging and attending meetings with potential clients across Switzerland
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Develop and maintain contact lists
  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers

Profil

  • Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related
    areas
  • At least 2 years experience within the banking industry
  • Excellent knowledge of trade finance products (Letters of Credit/Guarantees and
    Inventory, bill of lading and receivables financing)
  • Exposure to a wide spectrum of clients including commodity tradersand manufacturers
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Highly organised and autonomous person able to deal with several tasks and meet
    deadlines
  • Fluency in English and French
