You Offer
  • 5+ years of work experience in strategic business development, financial management or in related functions in the financial services industry
  • University degree in banking & finance, economics and/or accounting
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
  • Knowledge of performance drivers within the Private Banking business
  • Flair for reporting and performance management topics
  • High level of independence and quick learning, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite, very good Excel and excellent modelling skills (M&BIS tools), any experience with Credit Suisse's tools and cost monitoring / allocation processes is a distinct advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Very good knowledge of English and German, any additional language skills are a distinct advantage
