We Offer

  • Challenging position within the First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) team dedicated to the Business Area Latin America, based in Zurich
  • In collaboration with central teams, lead the continuous evolution of the Risk and Control Framework of the Latin American business as well as develop and implement best practice standards for the Business Area
  • Regularly produce a risk report including scorecards in close collaboration with central teams and the business management
  • Provide solutions for business risk management needs of the Front units as well as identify, analyze and mitigate risk patterns
  • Lead business risk related initiatives and projects to support business and management requests
  • Provide oversight, guidance and proactive advisory services across business risk related topics to the Front units
  • Conduct risk assessments on behalf of the senior management and provide guidance to adequately manage potential risks identified
  • Interesting platform for personal and professional development in a dynamic global environment with exposure to many different stakeholders and departments within the bank

You Offer
  • University degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education
  • At least 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a front position in Wealth Management and/or within the Risk Management, Compliance or Audit area
  • Sound experience in tackling complex issues, leading projects and executing initiatives in the context of a large organization
  • Profound analytical and conceptual skills and a structured, solution oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support and advise Front units with regards to risk related topics
  • Team player with the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Fluency in English and preferably in German and/or Spanish
