Your mission:

• To look after organizational and administrative processes and ensure smooth operations of the company
• To improve and coordinate operational reporting process to senior management and other administrative processes
• Coordinate with different business areas on key projects
• Provide support on client invoicing process, data analytics, operations system support
• Occasionally provide administrative assistance to CEO and COO

Your profile:

• 1-3 years of working experience in an organizational / administrative role
• University degree in business, administration, economics or other related field
• English language at a native level
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
