Let’s Get Down to Business
This role will be responsible for end to end Human Capital functions in our Capco Bangkok office. Responsibilities will include:

Onboarding

  • Organise and deliver orientation program to new joiners in Thailand
  • Assist new joiners with any benefits enrollment questions
  • Ensure all new joiners have the appropriate visa and documentations to work in Thailand

Performance and Compensation Review

  • Facilitate the performance review (mid year and year end) process by organising the round table meeting, chasing up forms and ensuring the performance review conversations are taking place
  • Guide managers on how to have performance review conversations
  • Monitor the promotion cycle and assist the line managers in the nomination process
  • Provide and consolidate performance review reports (e.g. 9 box grid) as needed
  • Assist the line manager with the salary review process
  • Prepare salary review and promotion letter as needed

Benefits and Payroll Administration

  • Administer the Company’s pension and medical benefit enrollment;
  • Address any problem the employees might have regarding benefits to the vendor;
  • Maintain accuracy in the monthly payroll for the Thailand office
  • Review calculations from payroll vendor to ensure accuracy

Offboarding

  • Prepare all the needed documents before the employees leaves the Company, this includes last pay, cessation of medical and other benefits
  • Conduct employee exit interviews and leaver meetings

Projects

  • Assist in any ad hoc employee related issues including performance management
  • Maintaining an up to date HRIS record for all employees in the Thailand office
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to the regional recruitment team (eg. provide on ground assistance if the Company is holding recruitment events)
  • Recognized as the first point of contact for all HR related issues in the Thailand office
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Show Us What You’ve Got
You will need…

  • Completed higher education; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience working within a Human Resources Generalist/Business Partner position, within a sizeable institution. Financial services knowledge preferred
  • In depth understanding of Thailand employment law is a must
  • Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai); ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
