Redstone Commodity Search are working with international steel trading company looking to hire a steel trading manager to join the commercial team in Thailand
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Maintain communication with mills on key elements of the Thai market and customers
- Establish and achieve annual trading target, and create sales tactics and strategies to meet yearly business plan
- Develop customer third party relationships to ensure maximum opportunities for profit and sales
- Maintain a detailed and current knowledge of customer requirements, competitor activity, market activity, customer and supplier performance
- Reports into General Manager of steel trading
Key Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 6 years within steel trading/ Thailand Markets
- Good working experience and knowledge of INCO TERMS 2020, contract exposure, UCP 600 and marine freight
- Strong technical knowledge of various steel products
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English
