This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the North East & Midlands team supporting Financial Planners across two locations – Birmingham & Leeds.

I am proud to lead a successful Region and would like you to play a part in it’s continued success and be part of the team that deliver good outcomes for our clients and support our Financial Planners to deliver quality holistic financial advice.

We have a supportive and nurturing culture in the Region and every member of the team is valued for their contribution to the success of the business. We encourage staff development and support activities that broaden skill sets that enable our people to move on to their next role.

The selection process will include a competency-based interview.

I look forward to receiving your application

Richard Fraser – Regional Director

About the Role

As the Client Relationship Support you will be part of a critical team working within a pod of two to three financial planners and one paraplanner to organise time efficiently and maintain a high standard of customer service to all of our clients.

Within this pod you will be presenting high quality reports and cases to the financial planners to support them with client meetings and ensure you have a thorough understanding of the Quilter Financial Planning Treat Customers Fairly philosophy and your role within this.

Furthermore, you’ll be required to keep your TCF knowledge up to date through the training we provide and use this to process new business accurately within company SLAs.

You will also be preparing review packs after assisting in ongoing administration of client records and other associated after sales support services, you will use your knowledge and skills to know how to monitor specific pipeline cases and facilitate new business.

About You

To succeed in this post you will need to be organised, proactive and assertive. You will ideally have experience within the financial planning industry to support your understanding of the processes we follow and the products we recommend.

Working well in a team is important, specifically within the NW&NI regional office as the team is very close-knit and often collaborate to produce results. Working individually and managing your own workload (along with your teams’ financial planners) will also be required as part of the role.

You will have the knowledge of working for a Financial Advisory network whist also being able to confidently translate our financial products to our clients.

It will play in your favour if you also have knowledge of systems and processes that can support the businesses, wrap platforms & other strategic provider systems, but this is not essential.

Our purpose is to help the generations today and tomorrow to prosper. That means we must guide people through the complexity of planning for their future, with the right financial advice and investment solutions, so that they can have more secure financial futures.

In this ever-changing world, we see that our role in society has never been more meaningful, and we are committed to using our expertise and care to guide our customers through these challenging and unprecedented times.

Our impressive talents and capabilities set us apart, but our unwavering commitment to our customers is what defines us. We truly believe that we have all the ingredients to be the very best in our industry, and we want great people with the care and creativity that we need, to help us get there.

We are passionate about building an inclusive culture where everyone’s contribution is valued, and our people can thrive. No matter what your role is or where you sit, your voice will matter. We hope you like what you hear and are interested in learning more about joining us.
