About your new role

Our Healthcare team is a vibrant and specialist department, advising on all aspects of healthcare law. This includes clinical negligence, patient safety, consent to treatment, human rights, child law, and mental health matters.

We provide a supportive and collaborative environment where the successful candidate will be encouraged to grow and develop both their own skills and contribute to the wider team's success. We have positions in Birmingham & London.

The Role

You will support case handlers in managing pre- and post-litigated clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Experience working to client service standards and KPIs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
