Company Secretary - Financial Services business

Birmingham

Role:

- Provide company secretarial service to the Board and its committees by organising the meetings, preparing agendas, ad hoc reports and minutes.

- Advise the Chair, Directors and Executives on corporate governance issues

- Contribute to the annual report and accounts, organise the General Meetings, maintain the share register and be the point of contact for shareholders

- Co-ordinate Director appointments, inductions and training

Profile

Company Secretary - Financial Services business

Birmingham

Essential:

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

- Working background of influencing and navigating skills at Board level, able to exercise sound judgement and decision making

- Demonstrable working back of managing board and committee meetings

- ICSA qualified (ideally)

- Strong understanding of FCA regulations
