As a Personal assistant you will be providing support to a busy Deputy Director who has a dual role as Head of Performance and Planning within the Chief Operating Office (COO) and is also the Head of Role for Business Management within the Business Services Practice.


You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Deputy Director and the leadership team to maximise their productivity as they deliver priorities across Digital Group.
You will work autonomously acting as a key point of contact for internal and external meetings, producing secretarial minutes and coordinating the actions and decisions from these meetings.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

  • Experience of providing support services to senior leaders at board level
  • Experience of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders, managing those relationships effectively
  • Experience of managing conflicting demands and priorities whilst working in a high profile, fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to use different communication styles and methods (including Skype, MS Teams, OneNote), recognising the benefits, including ensuring cost effectiveness.

Location for this role will be based in Blackpool.
