You'll work with our Service Operations Design and Transition team.
We are embarking on a journey - the remit of the Transition team is evolving, and we are looking for candidates who can help shape the future operating model.
The Service Transition team are the final "gateway" before a new service/product enters into production.
As a Service Transition Manager, you will be in the thick of it, working with Service Design Managers and operational leads. It's about ensuring that we protect live service, building support models, running Early Life Support and completing project "closure" activities.
You will:
- Be responsible for transition scheduling, planning, prioritisation, knowledge/risk management and dependencies to ensure effective transition across multiple projects and divisions.
- Be responsible for ensuring service transition, quality assurance checks are carried out, identifying any gaps, abnormalities, or risks.
- Ensure development functions within a project produce the required transition deliverables
- Identify improvements and supports proposed solutions, including new tech and automations
Your required skills and experience:
- ITIL Service Management Qualifications or equivalent experience
- Experience and a proven track record in managing projects
- Experience of agile delivery
