Taking ownership of a key area within finance, you’ll make a difference at the heart of our business. Managing, developing and helping your team be the best they can be, you’ll lead the production of budgets, analysis and management accounts and information. Your role will also involve partnering with senior managers across our teams and stores, supporting decision making, helping them hit targets and keeping them aware of their profit and cost drivers. Providing key financial information, you’ll identify risks and opportunities, keep your finger on the pulse of our market and support financial reporting, controls and transactions.
We’re looking for a qualified accountants with a good commercial brain and knowledge of financial controls and accounting, purchasing, management and document control systems. A good networker who can build strong relationships with a diverse range of people, you should have experience of prioritising workloads and delivering finance plans in a fast-paced environment. Able to create budgets for financial metrics and ensure they’re achieved, you’ll ideally have some experience of leading, motivating and improving the performance of teams.
