As a Mortgage Consultant you will be accountable serve our customers to the highest professional standard by providing specialist mortgage advice to both new and existing customers across the full range of Mortgage transactions and ensuring we meet their personal financial needs and circumstances.

As a Mortgage Consultant your main responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a complex mortgage relationship environment
  • Provide advice to existing mortgage customers around Santander's full range of mortgage products and rates, making appropriate recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders as part of delivering a seamless service to customers
  • Deliver to business objectives
  • Implement all quality and control procedures ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience with all quality and risk objectives being met



Minimum skills and experience required:

  • Must be fully CeMAP qualified
  • A track record of building and owning solid customer relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen and able to manage own objectives
  • Knowledge of mortgage product, process and system as well as an understanding of a range of financial products and services
  • A proven track record in managing risk for customers

Salary is £23,484 + performance related bonus

Location:

You'll be working in the bustling centre of Bradford just one minute from the Bradford interchange, or a five-minute walk from our nearest train station. With an onsite restaurant and free parking, and plenty of local shops, childcare options and gyms nearby, there's something for everyone.



Working Hours:

We're recruiting full-time roles at 35 hours per week. That means you'll work five seven-hour rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday & 08:00 and 16:00 on a Saturday.
