Role is as for an individual to work as part of a team supporting the Identity & Access Management systems and processes for the M&G Plc organisation. The role will report to the Identity Management Lead and be part of a team across multiple locations.

Role is as for an individual to work as part of a team supporting the Identity & Access Management systems and processes for the M&G Plc organisation. The role will report to the Identity Management Lead and be part of a team across multiple locations. As such the role can be based in either Stirling or Reading. The individual will be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of the IGA platform as well as assisting in the delivery of audit evidence as required. They will also be required to shape and document processes to drive continuous improvement. The role also covers assisting individuals throughout the business with day to day queries regarding access requests and provisioning processes

Skills Required:

  • Experience of working in the Identity & Access management space for a financial institution or similarly regulated organisation
  • Hands on experience of supporting IGA toolsets (SailPoint IIQ or similar)
  • Familiarity with IDAM concepts such as Privileged Access Management, Access Certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties etc.
  • Good Excel and Data analysis skills - Understanding of SQL / Java / SSIS / XML - Highly beneficial.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team across multiple locations - Strong problem solving skills (incident and issue resolution)
