About Retail Interactions & Consumer Intelligence
We are a centre of excellence for customer focused interactions within Lloyds Banking Group, seen as experts of consumer behaviour in order to deliver timely and relevant communications to customers. What we're Looking For
We are currently recruiting talented individuals at 'Senior Analyst' level who have the experience to compliment our world class team. We need individuals who can utilise and interpret data to tell a story.
We currently have three roles available within the team for Senior Analysts:
-One fixed term contract,to the end of December 2017
We are looking for people who are passionate about data and analytics, have an aptitude for problem solving, and use that approach to recommend and drive simple, effective solutions. You must be able to communicate effectively, have an eye for detail and accuracy and also demonstrate a restless curiosity. The individual must not be afraid to challenge status quo and we actively encourage innovative approaches to the way we do things.
You will have Technical skills which include SQL as a minimum (ideally Teradata) as well as experience of effectively managing stakeholders.
You must also be able to demonstrate the following core skills:
- Planning & organising
- Understands data structure and databases
- Excellent numeracy skill
- Collaborative working
- Business Acumen
The roles sit within the Interaction Development & Implementation team. We design & execute interactions with our Retail customers as well as managing audiences and data layers. Activities include Discretionary, Service, Mandatory/Regulatory and Research and cover inbound and outbound channels. We champion a seamless experience for the customer across all touch points and in a timely and appropriate manner.
