Are you a dedicated and diligent professional? Want to be part of a dynamic, high-energy working environment? Here in our Camberley office we are looking for a talented BSI Investigator to join our Background Screening Investigation team (BSI).

You will facilitate the end-to-end execution of pre-employment background screenings for new regulated hires, in accordance with our enterprise policy.

You are also expected to review and analyse information contained in source documents and have a deep knowledge of the source systems used to gather information. Good verbal and written interpersonal skills are critical in order to take care of applicants and collaborate with internal business partners.

What will your main responsibilities be?

  • Reviewing and analysing information within source documents
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to formulate action responses, file reports and prepare documents for management and/or internal sources
  • Building solid relationships with business partners
  • Performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another varying in nature depending on workload

What skills and qualifications will you ideally possess?
  • Previous background screening experience is critical to this role
  • You can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable collaborating with our applicants and business partners alike
  • You are a self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • You can work independently and contribute positively within a team environment
  • Demonstrable experience with the types of information required to conduct investigations relative to current/prospective bank customers and/or employees/applicants
