As a smart, Chartered, qualified Surveyor, you'll bring talent and commitment to the role. You have a flair for conducting property valuations, reporting on property condition and contributing to wider business initiatives - from risk through to quality and Treating Customers Fairly. A team player, with excellent communication skills, you're dedicated to putting customers at the heart of everything you do. We'll expect you to demonstrate understanding of the home purchase journey, as well as lenders' valuation and property assessment reporting requirements. The ability to work from home and remotely with limited supervision will be key to your success.
This vacancy can be either full or part time, working between 28 and 35 hours per week, with some flexibility needed to potentially increase working hours one week and reduce them the next.
