As sch, Ageas Insrance are looking for a Claims BildingsConsltant, with extensive experience in loss analysis, as well as a strongnderstanding of insrance indstry scoping tools and technology for lossvalidation, triage and settlement optimisation.



As a Claims Bildings Consltant, yo will provide technical spport andreferral assistance to Technical Leads and Senior Claims Handlers, spportingtechnical capability and governance, gathering insights throgh referrals,targeted file reviews, escalated case spport. Yo will se spply chainperformance insight to spport the smooth delivery of cstomer and bsinessotcomes in real time for Ageas cstomers and teams.




Main Responsibilities as Claims Bildings Consltant:

Strong cstomer empathy and working knowledge of reglation inclding TCF and FOS otcomes.

Spporting the departmental exection of focsed claims Indemnity initiatives.

Delegated Athority -Inflencing process within and ot with DA arrangements for Ageas spply chain. Spporting adits to optimise workflow, satisfy adherence and inform arrangements between Ageas and SN partners.

Developand spport claims handling interventions where derailment or spenddeterioration occrs keeping close to dissatisfaction and root case analysisto drive improved otcomes.

Identify and address spplier performance isses case-by-case and drive organic behavioral improvement in conjnction with the Spplier Relationship Managers.

Skills and experience yo need as Claims Bildings Consltant:

Significant experience of complex property claims handling for an Insrer or an Adjsting firm/Managing General Agent.

Member of or working towards CII, CIOB, RICS professional qalifications, or a desire to do so nless yo possess exceptional property claims experience.

Strong bilding pathology knowledge inclding Schedle of Rates, prodcing/reviewing tenders, and Joint Contracts Tribnal experience desired.

Experience of process and operational improvement programmes beneficial.

CII or CILA qalifications desired or working towards
