We are looking for a talented Digital Project Manager to work with us on the end-to-end delivery of the UK's largest telephony transformation programme, providing guidance and oversight on project scope, budget, timeframe and resource requirements, steering and managing all aspects of the project to ensure its success.

Delivery. Work. Projects.

As a Digital Project Manager, you'll be using your experience in Agile end-to-end project delivery to manage and steer all aspects of the project, working closely with other teams to align and coordinate requirements, timeframes, budgets and resources. You'll also be analysing project data and reporting on project progress, presenting these to senior stakeholders within the organisation.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

  • Communicating and Influencing - Communicate in a straightforward, honest and engaging manner. Ensure that important messages are communicated with colleagues and stakeholders respectfully, taking into consideration the diversity of interests.
  • Delivering at Pace - Ensure the most appropriate resources are available for colleagues to use to do their job effectively. Acts promptly to reassess workloads and priorities when there are conflicting demands to maintain performance.
  • Project Management - Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained and ensure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders. Manages the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
  • Team Dynamics and Collaboration - Capable of bringing people together to form a motivated team. Able to help create the right environment for a team to work in. Recognises and deals with issues.
  • Planning - Ability to apply different methods to develop a plan and able to monitor and report on complex internal and external dependencies.
  • Commercial Management - Able to take responsibility for complex relationships with contracted suppliers. Ability to negotiate with contracted suppliers and to get good value out of contracts and suppliers.
