We are looking for talented Test Engineers to join our Integration Technologies team. We're working at the cutting edge of frictionless data sharing in government. It's a high-profile and important project for us, and for our users.

In Integration Technologies we are implementing an Application Programming Interface (API) led integration strategy which will drive frictionless data sharing across DWP and other government departments. We enable service teams to take control of their own velocity, removing entry-barriers and dependencies.
As a Test Engineer you will work as part of our multi-disciplinary agile delivery team building products which enable integration and unleash the potential of Digital services to reduce overheads, cost and friction for citizen and agent-facing services.
You will be responsible for both the functional and non-functional testing of products developed within your squad. You'll define the appropriate depth and breadth of testing using a risk based approach, and ensure the stability, robustness and reliability of test suites.
You will ensure that products are thoroughly tested for function, performance, and security. You and your squad will build and deliver comprehensive, robust and reliable automated test frameworks and automation suites.
