Role Purpose:

This is a key and integral position to drive the successes of the Business Process Design ('BPD') function in Europe and reports into the BPD Senior Manager functionally responsible for Investment Operations.

Accountabilities:

The role will primarily focus on the identification, design, prioritisation and execution of continuous improvement opportunities across Investment Operations Service Delivery (IO) including pro-active input into process standardisation, the optimal usage of existing technology and increasing automation by the adoption of new technologies.

The role holder is expected to work closely with the respective functional teams and is aligned with the management structure of IO in Europe. The role holder additionally provides appropriate expertise to the relevant functional teams (including BPD) in the Country Hub and the City Sites

Essential Experience:

  • Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis and or Business Architecture experience
  • Strong operational experience in the financial services industry working directly on one or more of the functional areas of Fund Administration, GDTA, Global Custody, Investment Operations is Essential
  • Understanding of the changing nature of the operating environment due to internal and external demands
  • Demonstrates a solid grasp of the technology and systems supporting the functional areas. Casewise or similar systems experience is highly desirable
