Job Description:

CCO Incident Managers are responsible for solving the most critical and business impacting incidents for BlackRock and external clients. Our Incident Managers have a passion for technical troubleshooting and problem solving with a strong interest in and aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and proprietary systems.

We are looking for people who understand a wide breadth of technology infrastructure, are keen problem-solvers and can bridge the gap between tech and complex business processes.

Candidates will have experience and be able to demonstrate some of the following:

  • Strong leadership, organization, data driven and critical thinking skills
  • ITIL qualifications are not necessary but a track record in exceptional service delivery across infrastructure services
  • Database: SQL or Database Administration exposure
  • Operating Systems: An understanding of UNIX, LINUX, Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Networks: Basic concepts of computer networks
