You'll be joining Investment Operations Change. We deliver strategic and business changes in conjunction with our external partners and internal partners within Insurance Finance. You'll proactively manage the delivery of change, supporting the senior managers and influencing key partners both across Lloyds Banking Group and with our external partners.

What would you get involved with?

In a collaborative environment, you'll support Investment Operations, Investment accounting and Investment Strategy and Execution with strategic projects working closely with our external third party partners and Insurance Finance and Investment Strategy and Execution partners, providing ongoing Management Information to track success.

You'll ensure that all Changes are implemented to relevant policies, principles and governance, and that Finance Operations Senior Management and key partners are fully engaged and informed on project progress. You'll be responsible for the oversight of external change costs, checking that they are reasonable and appropriate, highlighting any issues to Senior Management as required. You'll drive and support the ongoing development and execution of effective change management across Investment Accounting and Investment Operations and embedded within the change and business teams.

What skills and experience can you bring to the role?

You'll have excellent Partner Management skills with the ability to adapt well to changing priorities. You'll have knowledge of Investment Funds in an Operations role supporting Change projects or Programmes within Life and Pensions. You'll have a knowledge and understanding of Fund Operations across the Funds Life Cycle (Launch, Change and Close)

You may also have experience with an Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and / or Investment Qualifications (IMC, Investment Compliance etc) however that is not essential.
