Control end to end trade process and operations
Demonstrate compliance of trade processing practice as per regulatory guidelines
To be aware of nature of our customers business/trading patterns and alert to any out of the ordinary transactions, which should be escalated to senior management
To be fully conversant with Anti money laundering, sanctioned and regulatory requirements of our business
Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and quality of service.
No regulatory or exchange rule breaches within all expiries, deliveries and corporate actions through strong adherence to team procedures and controls
Identify opportunities for sustainable saves through process improvement initiatives as well as best practice sharing
Drive a customer centric culture
Monitor service quality standards and set bench mark for high performance
Design appropriate mitigation and control plan to continuously manage operational risk and report in accordance with operational Risk management Framework
Create robust team environment where skills and knowledge openly shared to achieve team and business goals
Knowledge of core operating platforms involved with the trade processing function and subscribe to training where required.
Constantly reviewing the procedures and workflows, identifying necessary changes or enhancement and escalating to the management
Serving as a liaison between Trade Business and Engineering.
