Investment Tax Manager or Assistant Manager
Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking to hire an experienced Investment Tax professional into their team in Edinburgh. Our client is a FTSE 100 Financial Services firm which has been growing its business in the UK through organic growth as well as acquisition. They have an excellent reputation for innovative product development and high standards of client service.
Due to ongoing growth and development they are currently looking to hire into their Group Tax function and require a talented tax professional with strong Fund/Investment Tax knowledge to join on a permanent basis.
It is a well-rounded role that would see the successful applicant take responsibility for tax compliance work for Life Fund and OEIC Funds, managing tax administration (tax filings, tax authority liaison), support the delivery of the annual tax report tax reporting as well as tax advisory work.
My client has the flexibility to recruit this role at either the Assistant Manager or Manager level. The role is a compelling blend of both Investment/Fund Tax based work as well as general corporate tax work in what is a fast-moving and collegiate environment. An accounting or tax qualification would be viewed favourably.
