Office Manager - Edinburgh


  • Ensuring the delivery of a positive client and staff experience through:
  • Monitoring the performance of the facility service providers (cleaning, vending, maintenance) and escalating any performance issues as necessary
  • Providing a positive reception journey for clients and other guests
  • Acting proactively to resolve any property and facilities queries where business head input / decision is not required
  • Supporting the business head through:
  • Providing general administrative duties as required
  • Coordinating travel and expenses where required


  • Substantial relevant experience in a similar office management roles, including outstanding organizational skills, planning, and attention to detail
  • Relevant administrative qualification would be advantageous
  • Any previous Financial Services or Investment / Asset Management experience would also be useful
  • Excellent technical skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Autonomous, flexible, and calm under pressure
  • Great communication skills - written and oral
