Our client is looking for an individual who is interested to apply to the Real Estate RFP Writer role

The Role:

To support the production and writing of RFPs/DDQs/RFIs/Surveys and Awards submissions across the Wholesale and Institutional business for Real Estate strategies.

  • Makes suggestions for improvements to the work of the team, based on previous experience and knowledge of similar situations

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Responsible for delivery of high-quality RFPs and DDQs on the client’s funds to institutional and wholesale investors for their designated asset class(es)
  • Liaising with, investment specialists, directors, content writers, compliance, performance and risk departments etc and a variety of other sources within the client to ensure responses are optimal and tailored appropriately
  • Learning to utilise competitor research produced within the team to ensure correct messaging within RFP responses
  • Role also involves wider team projects involving the content database as well as ad-hoc projects to build the team's profile around the business.
  • Learn about the needs of our clients - be they internal sales teams or the investors in our funds

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

We are looking for you to have strong working experience of Asset Management with the ability to demonstrate initiative to improve RFP processes and content. Knowledge of Q&A databases is preferred (RFPIO). You will ideally be IMC qualified or working towards this or other relevant qualifications. Proficient in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
