The Platform Investments team sits within the Scottish Widows Investment Team and are responsible for:
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Investments to lead our platform investment team, responsible for the effective delivery of fund change arising through our customer and external fund manager change channels. You'll be responsible for the accurate and timely execution of our fund refresh and corporate action processes as well as ensuring that the documentation to support our external fund manager relationships is appropriately maintained. You'll also be required to drive forward the continuous evolution of our operating model.
This is a varied and demanding role which will require someone with a strong customer focus, be able to demonstrate strong partner management across multiple functions, have excellent planning and organisational skills, an ability to manage a varied and demanding working profile whilst being able to adapt to a flexible agenda.
Our senior manager will work closely with the Senior Business Partner, and will be responsible for the line management of the team which covers Customer Change, Solutions and Change, and EFM Change respectively. You'll be responsible for
We're looking for a Senior Manager who has a breadth of experience within a platform investment environment and experience of a Workplace Savings business. Our ideal Senior Manager will be experienced in fund change; either worked or interfaced into an investment operations team; and experienced working with external fund managers.
For this role, our preferred office location will be either Edinburgh or Cheltenham / Gloucester Office. As the team are split over two locations, on occasion, you'll be required to travel to each site.
This role is currently a remote role, but we'll be moving to a hybrid working model in due course, where there will be an expectation for you to work remotely and from the office.
