Role Purpose 

To assist the VP – Corporate Tax and Assistant Tax Manager in providing an effective in-house tax advisory and compliance function ensuring all statutory and tax requirements are met in the most beneficial way across this global organisation.

Main Responsibilities

Support of all tax compliance matters including; monitor tax filing and payment deadlines to ensure compliance obligations met, information gathering to support preparation of corporation tax computations and preparation of corporation tax computations across all geographies and jurisdictions. 
Contributing to Group tax advisory and planning projects.
Contributing to projects such as acquisitions/disposals, business restructuring & integrations.
Managing corporation tax enquiries and audits ensuring responses are provided on a timely basis.
Supporting both global and local management on global tax issues.
Provide assistance with calculation of quarterly transfer pricing recharges  and responding to business queries regarding transfer pricing.
Support of preparation and/or review of tax provisions at hard-close and year-end
Support of tax disclosure notes in statutory accounts
Supporting the finance teams re tax accounting 
Maintaining a good working relationship with HMRC and internal stakeholders
Assist with preparation of quarterly VAT filings and miscellaneous employee tax related filings.
