Key Responsibilities 

Typical day to day responsibilities for this role will include:

• Providing business analysis and project change services to client firms

• Providing SME input to client analysis and solutions definition

• Contributing to thought leadership relating to Wealth Management industry trends

• Contributing towards proposals and business development opportunities in Wealth and Private Banking clients and prospects

• Providing line management, mentoring an guidance to more junior consulting staff

Skills and competencies

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and competencies:

• Understanding of Wealth Management and/or Private Banking organisations

• Understanding of Wealth Management processes and solutions

• Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering change in a financial services environment

• Self-starter able to operating with minimum supervision

• Experience of leading workshops

• Strong presentation skills

• Experience working in a consulting firm desirable
