Team Leader - KYC Remediation

Duration: 6-months

Location: Glasgow/Leeds

Role:

• To lead a team and delivering strong client/customer experiences on relevant engagements in an effective manner.
• Working alongside other teams within the engagement and operations support team.
• Building and maintaining internal networks.
• Effective leadership – line management responsibilities.

• Performance manage and developing individuals.
• Maintenance of Service Levels.
• Maintaining the policy, process, and procedures documentations.
• Ensuring Information Security risks are effectively managed.
• Identify and communicate MI requirements, effectively utilise MI reports to drive staff performance.
• Identify staff training needs and arranging coaching as necessary to ensure all staff achieve and maintain competency levels throughout engagement.

Individual:

• Prior experiences working at a Team Leader level, ideally within an operational environment.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a high-performance environment.
• Knowledge/Experiences of FCA, CCA, Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation, procedures, and processes.
• KYC Remediation experiences/Financial Environment.
