We are recruiting on behalf of a truly unique organisation based in Harrogate. This award-winning ever evolving organisation take a refreshingly collaborative approach and need a SQL DBA to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Flexible working as this is an outcomes based role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic SQL DBA who is looking to earn between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience. You will be a well established SQL DBA who is truly passionate about contributing maintaining the performance, integrity and security of the databases.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking for the opportunity to take real ownership of their role with the potential to be a figure head of a team in the near future. You will be responsible for Monitoring database efficiency and performing ongoing tuning of database instances.

You will also ideally have knowledge of 'relational database management systems' (RDBMS), 'object oriented database management systems' (OODBMS) and XML database management systems.
You will enjoy working collaboratively across the business. This role will require you to work closely with Change and Project teams to help design, document and deliver new IT solutions and the Infrastructure team to ensure the integrity of database backups and restores.
