At a glance
The program Reliable & Responsible Banking (RRB) of ABN AMRO Commercial Finance (ACF) foresees in the project governance of implementing the Client Acceptance and Anti Money Laundering Policy of ABN AMRO (CAAML). The policy fulfill the internal guidelines to meet regulatory requirements on terrorist financing (TF) and anti-money laundering (AML). The program gives ABN AMRO Corporate Banking the opportunity to meet current and future regulatory guidelines in the field of client acceptance, maintaining quality of client records, client exit and reconstruction.

Your job
The RRB Analyst role plays an important element in the gathering of relevant RRB data (in-)directly from prospects, clients and / or sales and relationship managers. External systems like Company House, WorldCheck and other relevant external data providers will be consulted. All relevant data will be inputted in the RAF LoNo tooling + storage environment of ACF. All (un)completed prospect and / or client files will be processed to the relevant counterparts within ACF. The quality of the inputted information is traceable and without any errors.
The RRB Analyst role ensures a consistent end state complex per client and support the RRB project team by:

  • Performs the data gathering of all relevant CAAML data for prospect and / or clients
  • Feeding all relevant data in the RAF LoNo and data storage tooling
  • To check completeness, trace the creation of risk classification, consistency and the correct procedure of the customer by using a framework of standards and norms.
  • Process all relevant and completed files to the relevant counterparts before sign off
  • Registering findings and report those to management
  • Active signaling of findings which seem to have a generic pattern, or influence the quality and then share these findings with management
  • Liaising with Relationship Managers and New Business Managers to get all data needed

Your profile
The function requires specific knowledge, analytical skills, accuracy and continuously improve together. Do you have an affinity with regulatory, compliance or legal matters and you both have strong analytical skills and you like to operate as a real go getter?   • At least completed a relevant HBO / university degree or similar level skills
  • Excellent command of English language verbal and written
  • Experience in administrative environment
  • Ability to complete basic tasks to a high standard and accurately
  • CAAML training or willingness to follow these
  • Competencies to include analytical thinker who is self-motivated. Has a strong sense of risk awareness whilst being results-oriented. Solid oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate. A team player.
