To provide comprehensive support to the Relationship and Sales Management teams to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved. Adopting proactive and positive behaviours, co-ordinate and manage the on-boarding process to ensure the take on of new clients in a timely, efficient and risk aware manner. Your job
Assist with all areas of on-boarding and in life client processes.

  • Corporate and personal searches in line with ACF and Data Protection compliance policies
  • Preparation of Risk Acceptance Form and process management for Know your client / business approval process
  • Introducer Due Diligence & introducer commission process
  • Input of client/prospect account information into ACF analysis tool and pricing information into ACF pricing tool
  • Prepare client review packs
  • Enterprise Finance Guarantee loan portfolio management
  • Obtaining and analysing debtor ratings and liaising with Credit department regarding funding and credit limits
  • Preparation and handling of IOT and final offer letters, client and prospect facility documentation, introducer contracts and client facility letters
  • Credit minute preparation
  • Management of client facility amendment process and documentation management
  • Enterprise Finance Guarantee loan portfolio management
  • Prospect and client work flow management
  • Conduit at Credit Committee
  • Single point of contact for third party deal activity including (but not limited to) introducers, lawyers, valuers and other lender institutions
  • Responsible for the timely and smooth handling of deals
  • Co-ordination for the satisfaction of conditions precedent and the on-boarding process
  • File approval process
  • CRM and IFactor set up and management

Your profile
  • Educated to degree level in Finance, Law or Banking
  • Experience working in Invoice Finance or related industry
  • Competencies to include the ability to organise and prioritise high volumes of work quickly and accurately to manage conflicting deadlines. Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment with changing demands. Good level of communication skills at all levels. Evidence of sound judgement and assertive interpersonal skills
