Purpose Statement

As the Distribution Strategy Execution Lead, you will play a meaningful role in supporting the successful delivery of business management support, as well as strategic and regulatory initiatives across Distribution. This is a great opportunity for an experienced strategy and execution specialist to use their project and change management skills to really make a difference.

You will be responsible for:

  • The day to day business management support tasks within Distribution, covering recurring items and ad hoc project work which helps maximise our strategic position
  • Initiating and leading strategic projects, collaborating across the Distribution function and other departments to create, plan and implement programmes
  • Contributing to business planning to help deliver actionable outcomes
  • Playing a key role in building internal alignment with partners on the investment teams, marketing, product and key account management
  • Providing great ideas on how to innovate and evolve the distribution process
