We will do this by delivering the best plan sponsor and participant experience through a consistent and integrated bundle of services across a broad and meaningful geographic footprint. We will deliver market leading, scalable services by leveraging our global capabilities and tailoring these to meet local client and employee needs.
The UK workplace proposition team is responsible for the development of the overall service and product proposition for UK based clients (both local and UK based constituents of multinational clients), which includes localising global capabilities for UK member relevance.
Purpose of your Role
Engagement with pensions is a significant issue leading to poor member outcomes in retirement. As a leading provider of retirement and savings options, we believe we have a vital role to play in empowering positive financial outcomes for members of the plans we look after. Our vision is to provide solutions to deliver on members' conscious and unconscious needs through personalised engagement journeys that drive financial wellness. Our current digital platforms do not meet this goal and will be entirely rebuilt.
The purpose of this role is to be accountable owner of the UK member experience, from vision through to delivery, measurement and maintenance. You will work with the global team, our technology partners and others to execute on the vision. The UK member experience will form the basis for our global WI member platform.
