A minimum of 18 months FX sales experience is necessary, but an exceptional sales background and hunger to achieve is essential. As a BDM you will:

  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified clients through various manners of phone, email, face to face & social media
  • Perform phone based and face to face demonstrations of the risk management products and online trading portal
  • You will represent the brand at events & corporate hospitality
  • Be accountable for forecasting your pipeline
  • Video call or Face to face client meetings, creating viable solutions and delivering presentations
  • Collecting necessary documentation from prospective clients and following internal compliance processes 
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Reporting - ensure accurate and timely data entry of sales activity into CRM system
  • Liaise with your manager, team members, dealers and/or relevant stakeholders when there are issues or concerns that need to be resolved 

 

Desired Experience

  • 18 months+ experience within deliverable FX as a minimum is essential
  • CF30 qualification is desirable but not essential 
  • Proven track record of working towards new business targets
  • Working under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Numerate & commercially sound
  • Ability to analyse currency strategy and evaluating where additional efficiency can be added

Remuneration

  • £30k - £60k base salary + commission
